Carrie Arsenault, CEO & Founder

Carrie Arsenault is the CEO & Founder of Accountability Resources, which she launched in 2005 and has received continuous recognition as a top Austin recruiting firm by the Austin Business Journal, Best Places to Work, and identified as one the fastest growing privately held companies in Central Texas multiple times. She has been in the recruiting industry since 1996 and began her career as a Finance Manager in the Dallas office of NationsBank before joining Robert Half International. During her 7 years at Robert Half International, Carrie was Rookie of the Year for the Accountemps division, was a top ten producer statewide multiple times for the Robert Half Finance and Accounting Division and was consistently recognized at the national level for her personal and leadership contributions. She also spent 4 years with Kforce Professional Staffing where she was promoted from Dallas to Austin to build and lead the Financial Division, again receiving multiple awards for excellence and surpassing growth targets. Carrie’s knowledge, vision, and contacts in the industry have made her one of the most well-respected recruiters in Texas. She continues to work closely with her clientele and internal staff to grow Accountability Resources to be the premier provider of recruiting and contract staffing services in Texas.

Carrie obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and is known to spend any spare time on the soccer field, playing golf or tennis and travelling. She is also the CEO and Founder of Ignite a Dream whose mission is to ignite the desire of at risk youth in Austin to become successful, confident leaders by actively engaging them in safe and structured sport activities they would not have access to otherwise.
